Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team for a 6-month duration. The candidate will be responsible for leveraging data to drive business strategies and improve client outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL. Strong understanding of statistical techniques, probability, and linear algebra. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Prior work experience at client or in client's industry. Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Strong communication skills to translate complex data insights into clear business strategies. Experience in collaborating with business leaders to define problems and suggest data-driven improvements. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Gathering unstructured and structured data from multiple sources and ensuring data quality and usability. Conducting exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns, correlations, and trends. Developing and training predictive models on historical data for tasks like classification, regression, and optimization. Creating reports and charts to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Testing, validating, and updating models to ensure accuracy and relevance over time.
