We’re looking for a *Senior Systems Engineer* to *lead the design, integration, and verification* of our next-generation thermal imaging systems. You’ll collaborate with brilliant engineers in hardware, software, optics, and manufacturing to deliver cutting-edge imaging products used around the world.
*What You’ll Do*
* Define system architecture and technical requirements for thermal imaging devices.
* Conduct trade studies and develop performance budgets (NETD, MTF, latency, throughput).
* Partner with cross-functional teams to guide roadmap planning and technical trade-offs.
* Lead validation and verification testing for performance, reliability, and compliance.
* Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for system-level challenges.
* Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in systems engineering.
*What You Bring*
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
* 7+ years of experience in embedded systems or sensor-based product development.
* Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or equivalent system modeling tools.
* Experience with imaging sensors, optical alignment, calibration, or AI-enhanced imaging.
* Strong communication skills and ability to lead in a collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $145,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
