As a Production Packer, you will be responsible for stacking and packing bags and boxes of produce, preparing pallets for warehouse storage and shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help keep our operations running smoothly while supporting our mission of quality and excellence.

Required Skills :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift, move, and carry 50-pound boxes and 100-pound bags of potatoes

Nice to Have Skills :

• Prior experience in packaging or food production is a plus but not necessary
• Ability to follow safety protocols and attention to detail

Preferred Education and Experience :

• No previous experience required—training will be provided
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply

Other Requirements :

• Ability to work on-site in Friesland, WI
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm – 12:30 am (schedule may vary)
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
