Our local client in Tampa is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our stone warehouse. This role is responsible for overseeing sales performance, warehouse operations, customer service, staff supervision, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on warehouse experience, and a solid background in the stone, tile, or building materials industry.

•  Oversee all daily branch operations, including showroom, warehouse, logistics, deliveries, and overall facility management 
•  Lead, train, and manage a team of approximately 25 employees, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance 
•  Develop and grow branch sales by maintaining existing customer relationships, increasing inside and outside sales, and identifying new business opportunities 
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with fabricators, contractors, builders, designers, and other customers in the stone and construction industry 
•  Manage all sales activities, including lead follow-up, quoting, customer inquiries,
