Are you a passionate licensed Massage Therapist looking to thrive in a collaborative, multispecialty clinic? Whether you’re an experienced provider seeking a new opportunity or a recent graduate eager to build your clientele, we welcome your application!
\*Being credentialed with insurances is a plus but not required, we can help assist with that process.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation: We offer a pay rate of $40-$45 per treatment hour, based on experience.
- No show pay: We offer no show pay at the regular hourly rate.
- Furnished treatment rooms: We have private, fully equipped treatment rooms designed for your comfort and success.
- All supplies provided: We supply disposable equipment, high quality lotion, and laundry services so you can focus on your patients.
- Administrative support: Our amazing front reception team will assist you with credentialing, billing, and scheduling, allowing you to concentrate on providing excellent care.
- Collaborative environment: Work alongside a variety of providers to give your patients the best outcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with potential patients to understand their needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide direct massage therapy treatments to patients based on an individualized care plan depending on symptom severity.
- Collaborate with other providers to discuss and implement integrated treatment strategies.
- Accurately code services rendered for billing purposes.
- Efficiently change over treatment rooms between patients to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain detailed and accurate treatment rooms.
Requirements:
- Valid Washington State Massage Therapy license.
- Liability insurance coverage.
-A valid CPR certification.
- Attendance at monthly office staff meetings to check in and take care of general housekeeping. (usually limited to 15-20 minutes)
- A passion for patient care and improving the lives of your patients.
Expected hours:
-24-35 hours per week
