Shipping Receiving Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associates to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Phillipsburg, NJ . If you are reliable, organized, and ready to work in a team-driven environment, we want to hear from you! There is an opportunity for growth and is a Temp-hire position. Shift will be Monday-Friday 1st shift only, with occasional overtime and weekends as needed.

What you'll do:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase order
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
• Label, sort, and store inventory properly
• Prepare and stage outgoing shipments
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Maintain clean and organized dock and warehouse areas
• Use RF scanner or warehouse system to track inventory
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

What we are looking for:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer or RF scanner experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Team player with a positive attitude
