Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packager/Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently assembling and packaging products in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations. Packagers are assigned to work with plastic parts as they need additional handling and packaging.

Duties include but not limited to - 

• Assemble components and products
• Prepare finished products for shipment by packing, labeling, and sealing according to established procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to uphold safety standards and efficiency
• Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Follow detailed work instructions, safety protocols, and documentation procedures.
• Meet Production goals.

Qualifications - 

• Ability to follow instructions and communicate with supervisor.
• Ability to read or to interpret documents such as safety rules and job descriptions.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred, especially with packaging or assembly tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
