Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

Job Overview:
Moving & Logistics Warehouse is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse and logistics operations while providing excellent customer service. This role works closely with warehouse management, customers, dispatch, and sales to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Assist Warehouse Manager with daily operations

·         Develop and follow SOPs to improve efficiency

·         Coordinate receiving, storage, routing, loading, and shipping of goods

·         Manage inventory activities (cycle counts, audits, reporting)

·         Process orders and maintain records in WMS

·         Prepare and communicate PODs, BOLs, and transaction reports

·         Handle customer inquiries via phone and email

·         Perform invoicing and attend required meetings

Systems Used:
Kargo, Core WMS, Paycor, Load Proof, Whiparound

Qualifications:

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Experience with WMS and inventory coordination

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Cisco phone systems

· Movers Suite Knowledge preferred but not required

· Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required

·  Mathematical skills include calculating discounts, percentages, proportions, and commissions; ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts (measurements and volume)

· Language skills include the ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; and communicate effectively with customers and employees

· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
