Garden Center Associate

Job Description

What you'll Do

• Assist customers with plant selection, basic care tips, and garden questions
• Water, care for, and maintain plants, trees, and shrubs
• Unload, organize, and merchandise plants and garden products
• Keep the garden center clean, safe, and inviting
• Work as part of a friendly, hardworking team
• Run a register at check out

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn 
• Enjoyment of outdoor and physical work
• Customer service or retail experience is a plus (but not required)
• Interest in plants, gardening, or horticulture is a big bonus
• Ability to lift, bend and stand for extended periods
