3rd Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

The 3rd Shift Warehouse Worker supports distribution center operations with a focus on sorting and manual material handling during overnight hours. This role requires teamwork within a large general warehouse setting and involves operating sorting equipment, handling pallets and boxes, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a dynamic environment. The position demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to personal protective equipment protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with sorting machine and conveyor processes
• Hand-sort wooden pallets, boxes, plastic bins, and materials
• Stack materials properly and follow supervisor instructions
• Load and unload materials manually throughout the facility
• Inspect loads to ensure proper securing and compliance with quality standards
• Perform general labor duties to support warehouse functions
• Use required personal protective equipment consistently and correctly
• Work collaboratively within mixed-shift warehouse teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of material handling and safety compliance
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Effective time management and ability to work flexible shifts
• Familiarity with personal protective equipment (PPE) usage
