Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate  to support our IT operations by managing the movement, inventory, and shipment of IT equipment. This role is responsible for gathering IT hardware from office spaces, transporting it to our storage facility, maintaining accurate inventory records, and preparing equipment for shipping as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Handling:

  • Retrieve IT hardware (laptops, monitors, peripherals, etc.) from office spaces.

  • Safely transport equipment to and from the storage facility.

• Inventory Management:

  • Maintain and update inventory records using (inventory system/software name if applicable).

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory.

  • Label and organize equipment in storage for easy identification and access.

• Shipping & Receiving:

  • Prepare and package IT equipment for outbound shipments (e.g., to remote employees or other offices).

  • Receive inbound equipment shipments and ensure correct processing and storage.
