Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Stage packed orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain productivity standards while ensuring accuracy.
- Keep packing stations clean and organized.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Understand and follow logistics workflow for order fulfillment.
- Use and maintain required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and PPE requirements.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
