Our dynamic warehouse in Provo, Utah, is looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of essential warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Your contributions are vital to ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload shipments, verifying contents and inspecting for damage.
- Store merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick items from inventory according to order specifications using scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations, including the consistent use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is an asset.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Understanding of the importance of PPE in a logistics environment.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.
