Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and assemble customer orders according to pick lists or scanning devices.
- Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves and storage areas.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and descriptions to ensure order accuracy.
- Package picked items securely for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Report any discrepancies in inventory or damaged goods immediately.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Operate pallet jacks or other equipment as needed to facilitate order picking.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels.
- Capacity for occasional heavy lifting and repetitive motion.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and PPE.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
