We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our San Antonio, Texas fulfillment center! This role is crucial for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and the success of our Logistics operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. We foster a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where Safety is paramount. Adherence to all Safety procedures, proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and safe manual Lifting practices are expected from all team members.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Label and stage orders for shipment.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all Safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Adhere to all Lifting guidelines and safe work practices.
- Support the overall efficiency of the fulfillment and Logistics process.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting, up to 40 lbs.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
