Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Put away stock in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Pick products from shelves based on customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate manual equipment like pallet jacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and throughout the facility.
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Support overall warehouse logistics and operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to adhere to strict safety guidelines.
- Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
