Join our growing logistics team in Dallas, Texas, as a Warehouse Associate. We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to assist with various warehouse functions. This role is fundamental to our operations, supporting everything from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment, managing inventory, and preparing orders for dispatch. Safety is a paramount concern; all associates must strictly adhere to safety protocols, including the use of appropriate PPE and safe Lifting practices. We value teamwork and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position offers a solid foundation for a career in warehouse management and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Support overall logistics operations and contribute to team goals.
- Perform regular tasks involving physical Lifting.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or operational inefficiencies.
