Are you a highly efficient individual looking for a rewarding role in Colorado Springs, Colorado? We are hiring Picker/Packers to join our busy warehouse operations. In this position, you will play a vital role in fulfilling customer orders accurately and quickly. Your responsibilities will include locating items in the warehouse, picking them using order lists, and then carefully packing them for shipment. Maintaining a high level of accuracy and speed is essential for this role. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide all necessary training and PPE.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages for shipment according to company and carrier standards.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient operations.
- Operate picking equipment and assist with inventory control as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper Lifting techniques and the use of required PPE.
- Contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets for picking and packing.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures.
- Capable of consistent Lifting of products up to 40 lbs.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.
- Understanding of logistics processes.
- Must be attentive to detail and committed to Safety.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
