Join our vibrant logistics team in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to contribute to our efficient order fulfillment process. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. Your precision and speed are key to ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations based on order slips.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain productivity standards and accuracy rates.
- Adhere to all Safety procedures and wear necessary PPE .
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse setting is a strong asset.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of regular Lifting and carrying of items (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory and logistics concepts.
- Team player with good communication skills.
