We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Forklift Operator in Sacramento, California. If you are safety-minded, efficient, and skilled in operating forklifts, we encourage you to apply! As a Forklift Operator, your primary responsibilities will include moving, stacking, and organizing inventory throughout our warehouse facility. You will be crucial in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring timely movement of goods to and from various operational areas. Maintaining a secure and compliant work environment is essential, requiring strict adherence to all safety regulations and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role demands precision, awareness, and a commitment to operational excellence within our logistics framework. We are committed to upholding the highest safety standards. Responsibilities include:
- Operating forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Loading and unloading trailers and containers safely and efficiently.
- Stacking and arranging inventory in designated storage areas.
- Performing routine checks and basic maintenance on forklifts.
- Assisting with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Following all warehouse safety protocols and operating procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
- Collaborating with warehouse team members to ensure smooth workflow.
