Join our energetic team in Chicago, Illinois, as a Picker/Packer! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations and ensure timely order fulfillment. As a Picker/Packer, your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately picking items from designated warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Packing products securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure order accuracy and prevent shipping errors.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to optimize workflow and Safety .
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assisting with inventory tasks, such as cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Wearing appropriate PPE , including safety vests and gloves, as mandated.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform tasks in a physically demanding environment. This role requires the capacity for consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is beneficial. You will be an essential part of our Logistics network, ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time.
