Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Store and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Wear and properly utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper Lifting techniques.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily goals.
- Contribute to efficient logistics by ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Respond promptly to any warehouse-related issues or emergencies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or general labor role is desirable.
- Ability to handle frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role and varying temperatures.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
