We are seeking an energetic and efficient Fulfillment Associate for our expanding operations in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, playing a key part in our logistics process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory management tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment speed and accuracy.
- Understand and apply general logistics principles to daily tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or picking/packing role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and logistics best practices.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE as required.
