Join our dynamic logistics team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as an Order Picker. This essential role is at the forefront of our fulfillment operations, responsible for accurately locating and retrieving products to fulfill customer orders. We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your ability to pick orders quickly and accurately directly contributes to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory using pick lists, RF scanners, or other designated methods.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy in product and quantity.
- Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Assist with stocking and replenishing inventory in picking locations.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stocktaking as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed established picking productivity goals.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse/logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are crucial.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions, including safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
