In this role, you will be instrumental in managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our distribution center. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products, all while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Your dedication to workplace Safety is paramount; adherence to all Safety protocols and the consistent use of appropriate PPE are non-negotiable. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to handle frequent and significant Lifting of materials. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products.
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for logistics.
- Inspect, package, and ship orders according to company procedures.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training available if needed).
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize warehouse layout.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Sort and place warehouse materials onto racks, shelves, or into bins.
- Coordinate with shipping department to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle tasks involving regular and substantial Lifting of goods up to 60 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Proven ability to handle physical tasks, including consistent Lifting.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety best practices and mandatory PPE usage.
- Basic math and computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a logistics context.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
