We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our growing logistics team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Your contribution is vital to ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods through our facility. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety, and all associates are required to adhere to strict safety protocols and the proper use of PPE. This position requires physical stamina, including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting materials. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
