Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in San Antonio, Texas, and play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping a wide variety of products from our state-of-the-art distribution center. This role requires a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of productivity and accuracy. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will work with advanced warehouse technology and collaborate with your colleagues to achieve daily targets. We are committed to providing a safe and efficient work environment, emphasizing the importance of proper procedures and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders using handheld scanners and/or other picking technologies.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and conveyors safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety policies.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality goals.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to perform continuous Lifting and bending throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE as required.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
