Join our dedicated logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Jacksonville, Florida! We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to the efficient operations of our distribution center. In this versatile role, you will be involved in various warehouse tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Your contribution is essential to ensuring that our products reach our customers accurately and on time. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, utilizing warehouse equipment and adhering to operational procedures. We emphasize a culture of Safety and expect all associates to follow strict guidelines and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick items based on order requirements.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Assist with preparing outgoing shipments.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Follow all Safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
- Contribute to team goals and overall warehouse productivity in our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Safety standards, including PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and perform various warehouse tasks.
