Job Summary:
Join our advanced distribution center in San Francisco, California, as a Distribution Center Associate! This dynamic role is responsible for a wide range of activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of products through our distribution network. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of Safety and productivity. This position requires physical stamina and a proactive approach to warehouse logistics.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Store merchandise in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and other technology.
  • Prepare shipments for outgoing transportation, including staging and loading.
  • Operate various types of material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of all warehouse equipment and PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse logistics processes.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is highly desirable. Ability to perform tasks requiring significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology. Knowledge of Safety best practices and procedures. Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic. Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles is a plus. Experience operating forklifts or other powered equipment is advantageous.
