Become a key player in our e-commerce operations as a Fulfillment Associate in Provo, Utah. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing online orders for shipment with speed and accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and labeling for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory as needed.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment targets and deadlines.
- Support the overall logistics and operational efficiency of the fulfillment center.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or retail environment is a plus. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Comfortable with Lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively. Strong understanding of Safety practices in a warehouse setting. Must be reliable and possess a strong work ethic. Basic understanding of logistics and inventory processes is beneficial.
