Join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona, as a Warehouse Worker! We need reliable and energetic individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving goods, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing them for shipment. This role is crucial for ensuring timely delivery to our customers and maintaining high standards of product handling. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory accurately within designated warehouse areas.
- Select and pack products for customer orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (if trained).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all Safety policies.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies to management.
- Adhere to all company procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist in Loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
- Support overall warehouse logistics and operational flow.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is preferred. Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is beneficial. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Must be capable of frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently. Understanding and practice of basic Safety principles. Eagerness to learn new tasks and processes. Familiarity with basic logistics concepts is a plus.
