Join our busy distribution center in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for motivated individuals to assist with a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This is a hands-on role where you'll be an integral part of our supply chain, ensuring our customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to Safety and teamwork is essential. We provide all necessary PPE and training to ensure your success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and racks with incoming merchandise, ensuring proper placement and organization.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using order sheets or scanners.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Perform regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with Loading and unloading trucks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse logistics.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus. Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods. Must be comfortable with Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understanding of basic Safety practices. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks. Basic knowledge of warehouse logistics is beneficial.
