Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Boise, Idaho! This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our distribution center. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and putting away inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing shipments for delivery. A strong focus on **safety** and efficiency is essential. This position requires individuals who are reliable, possess good organizational skills, and are comfortable performing physical tasks, including **Lifting** and moving goods. You will work within our **logistics** framework, contributing to timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy. Adherence to all **PPE** guidelines is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick items accurately based on order requirements.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all **safety** procedures and guidelines diligently.
- Wear all required **PPE** consistently.
- Contribute to efficient **logistics** flow and overall team success.
- Perform duties that may involve repetitive **Lifting** and movement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Capability for **Lifting** items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and **logistics**.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- A strong sense of responsibility towards **safety** and the use of **PPE**.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
