Job Summary:
Join our thriving logistics team as a Warehouse Worker in San Antonio, Texas! This role is integral to our distribution center's success, encompassing a wide range of warehouse duties designed to ensure the efficient flow of goods. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping operations. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, proactive, and committed to workplace safety. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift and move products, and a keen eye for detail. You will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with your colleagues to meet daily targets. Strict adherence to safety regulations and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is a must. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
  • Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders.
  • Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Load finished goods onto outbound trucks.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
  • Assist in maintaining efficient logistics operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety and the importance of PPE.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Basic math skills.
