Our distribution center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma is looking for dedicated Distribution Center Associates to support our growing operations. This role is fundamental to our logistics chain, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient movement and storage of goods. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will handle inbound and outbound shipments, manage inventory, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse. We need individuals who are reliable, have a strong work ethic, and can thrive in a physically demanding role. Expect to be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping processes. This position requires a commitment to safety, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE and adherence to all safety regulations. Frequent lifting of items up to 60 lbs is a core part of the job. You will be an essential part of a team focused on delivering excellent service and maintaining the integrity of our supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain functions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Capability for frequent lifting of up to 60 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
