Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare orders for shipping, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to **safety** regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanning devices.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Wear all required **PPE** and follow **safety** protocols diligently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Ability to perform **lifting** of up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with **logistics** and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace **safety** and adherence to company policies.
- Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, sometimes physically demanding, environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
