We are looking for a reliable Material Handler to join our logistics team in Provo, Utah! In this role, you will be essential to the efficient flow of materials within our facility. Your duties will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and staging products. You will work closely with other team members to ensure accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment. A strong commitment to Safety is paramount; all employees are required to follow established protocols and wear appropriate PPE. This position involves considerable physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds and standing/walking for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage.
- Sort, label, and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick products from inventory to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed.
- Follow all company Safety procedures and guidelines diligently.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Perform regular Lifting of materials throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic inventory and logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
