Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock inventory accurately in designated locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including wearing appropriate PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and audits.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the distribution center's logistics flow.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Commitment to safety and the proper use of PPE.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
