Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the distribution center's logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Commitment to safety and the proper use of PPE.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
