Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications using scanners or pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Package products securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Label packages correctly for shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and utilize required PPE.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages.
- Meet productivity targets for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
- Support overall logistics and warehouse functions.
- Involve frequent lifting of packages up to 45 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting and manual tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Willingness to wear and use all required PPE.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
