Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock inventory onto shelves and into designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, following all guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
- Involves frequent lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics.
- Willingness to use all mandated PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
