Job Summary:
We are hiring dependable Distribution Center Associates to join our team in Denver, Colorado! This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are managed correctly and orders are fulfilled promptly. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will handle a variety of tasks, including receiving goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. Our focus is on creating a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment. If you are a hardworking individual with a strong sense of responsibility and an interest in the Logistics field, this is an excellent opportunity. Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is beneficial, but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. Your commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to all Safety regulations, including the use of PPE, is paramount. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory against documentation.
  • Accurately stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Fulfill customer orders by picking items from shelves and preparing them for shipment.
  • Pack orders securely to ensure product integrity during transit.
  • Operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and Logistics.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to Safety in the workplace.
