As a Warehouse Associate, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming merchandise, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and accurately log incoming inventory.
- Pick products from warehouse shelves based on order fulfillment sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Stage prepared orders for loading onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of warehouse aisles and storage areas.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation processes.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic Logistics concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Reliability and a strong commitment to Safety.
