Lawn Maintenance Foreman – Landscaping Company (Jacksonville, FL)

A locally owned, family‐operated landscaping company serving residential and commercial clients since 1989 is seeking an experienced Lawn Maintenance Foreman to join our growing team. We provide full turnkey services including landscaping, maintenance, irrigation, and fertilization—all under one roof.

Role Overview:
The Lawn Maintenance Foreman leads a crew while performing hands‐on landscaping and maintenance work. This role requires strong leadership, attention to safety, and a commitment to quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a lawn maintenance crew
• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, planting, blowing debris, and general landscape maintenance
• Transport crews and maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Ensure work meets quality, safety, and job order standards
• Maintain equipment, inventory, timecards, and basic reports
• Provide excellent customer service and lead by example

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of related experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Ability to supervise a crew and follow safety standards
• Fluent in English
• Must pass a drug test and follow company appearance standards
