Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Sales Agent to represent our insurance company by offering supplemental insurance solutions to businesses and their employees. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys business-to-business sales, values flexibility, and wants a career that supports a healthy work-life balance.
Our sales agents work primarily in the field and remotely, with only one in-office day per week for training, collaboration, and support. We believe great performance doesn’t require sitting at a desk every day—and we structure our culture accordingly.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct B2B sales by partnering with local businesses to offer supplemental insurance benefits
- Educate business owners and employees on voluntary benefit options and coverage value
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and accounts
- Manage your own schedule to meet with clients while maintaining productivity and balance
- Achieve individual sales goals while providing ethical, customer-focused solutions
- Participate in weekly in-office meetings for coaching, team collaboration, and professional development
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
