*Duties*
* Perform a wide range of general dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions with precision and care
* Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop effective treatment plans
* Utilize advanced dental software such as Open Dental for accurate medical documentation and record-keeping
* Execute oral surgeries and dental extractions adhering to strict aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
* Provide pediatric dentistry services tailored to young patients’ needs, ensuring comfort and trust during visits
* Deliver root canal therapy (endodontics), prosthodontics, and other restorative treatments with attention to detail
* Collaborate with the dental team using four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency and patient comfort
* Maintain comprehensive medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring confidentiality
* Use medical imaging tools effectively for diagnosis and treatment planning based on anatomy knowledge
* Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and treatment options to foster informed decision-making
*Qualifications*
* Valid state license to practice dentistry as an Associate General Dentist
* Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental terminology and procedures
* Familiarity with dental software such as Open Dental is highly preferred
* Strong knowledge of pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics (root canals), prosthodontics, and infection control practices
* Ability to perform dental extractions and utilize dental fabrication techniques when necessary
* Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach toward diverse patient populations including pediatrics
* Understanding of medical terminology and medical imaging techniques relevant to dental practice
* Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and safeguarding patient confidentiality
* Prior experience working in a busy dental clinic or office environment is advantageous

Pay: $100,512.98 - $121,047.89 per year
