About the Role
As part of our *in-house therapy team*, you’ll work closely with nursing and interdisciplinary partners to help patients regain independence, mobility, and confidence following illness or injury.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Deliver evidence-based OT services to short-term rehab and long-term care patients
* Complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and track measurable outcomes
* Collaborate daily with nursing, case management, and rehab leadership
* Support safe discharges and functional transitions back to home or community settings
* Build meaningful relationships with patients and families

*What We’re Looking For*
* Active *Arizona Occupational Therapist license*
* Strong clinical judgment and patient-first mindset
* Skilled Nursing or rehab experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply!)
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
