What's the Job?
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures to meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to develop innovative solutions.
Leverage expertise in backend development, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines to enhance system performance and scalability.
What's Needed?
5+ years of Software Engineering experience, demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
4+ years of Java experience, including proficiency in Spring / Spring Boot.
2+ years of experience with Python, focused on backend or data-driven development.
Deep understanding of Reactive Programming (WebFlux, etc.) and hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures.
Experience with Flink for stream processing and data pipelines, along with database expertise in MongoDB (NoSQL) and Oracle (RDBMS).
