Job Description:
Looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on skills in Apex, Flows, LWC, and Integrations. Have proven ability to lead teams, engage with product owners, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions in an Agile environment.
Required Skills: 8+ years Salesforce development experience with deep Apex, Flow, LWC, and Integration expertise. Solid understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in sprints with product owners. Strong communication skills with experience in story demos and stakeholder engagement. nCino knowledge preferred to have Salesforce certifications (PD I/II) preferred.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. Build complex Apex, Flows, and LWC components, ensuring scalable and maintainable code. Own technical solution design and integration with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, platform). ct as a technical mentor and reviewer for the development team. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects to refine requirements. Drive sprint ceremonies, demo stories to stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery. Maintain adherence to Salesforce best practices, performance, and security standards.
