Field Applications Engineer Job Description: Join Arrow Electronics as a Field Applications Engineer and make a significant impact by assisting customers with selecting and integrating top-notch electronic components and solutions. With your technical expertise, you'll be a trusted advisor, guiding customers and suppliers toward successful outcomes. Your Responsibilities: Leverage your advanced understanding of customer needs to enhance engineering investments and drive customer success.
Maximize Arrow’s role in designs by actively engaging with clients to create and facilitate effective solutions.
Utilize your technical skills to influence design decisions through solution selling and strategic resource allocation.
Collaborate with the sales team, providing advanced technical support to cultivate demand and strengthen customer relationships.
Conduct technical research and calibrations with stakeholders to ensure customer design objectives are met.
Promote engineering investments and drive design priorities by securing support from the sales team.
Participate in supplier training sessions to stay current on technological advancements.
Deepen relationships with key decision-makers among suppliers and customers to enhance collaboration.
Take part in strategic meetings and contribute to the development of robust technical plans tailored to customer needs.
Engage in New Product Introduction initiatives, leveraging training and customer calls to promote innovation.
Organize customer engineering events and participate in design services initiatives when necessary.
Your Qualifications: 5-7 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

This role requires compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Candidates must be eligible for an export license or be U.S. Persons, including U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees. Annual Hiring Range:
$76,600.00 - $151,250.00. Actual compensation will vary based on geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. Location:
US-IN-Indiana (Remote Employees). Remote employees may be required to be present at the nearest designated Arrow office for work purposes as needed. Time Type:
