We’re hiring a Web Designer to help create and manage websites for our customers.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is good with customers, organized, and comfortable building polished websites.
You’ll build and update websites on the Wirechunk platform, help move projects forward, answer customer questions, and take some sales and support calls as needed.
This is not a software development role (no JavaScript coding is required).
*Responsibilities*
* Take sales calls and customer support calls
* Answer day-to-day customer questions by phone, email, and chat
* Help onboard new customers and guide them through setup
* Build and update customer websites on the Wirechunk platform
* Make content, layout, and design updates across client sites
* Translate loose customer requests into finished work
* Keep projects organized and moving along
* Help identify what customers need and recommend the right next step
* Improve the consistency and quality of the customer experience
* Support general business operations as needed
*Required Skills*
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable talking with customers and leading calls
* Organized, dependable, and good at follow-through
* Able to manage a mix of sales, support, and production work
* At least 1 year of experience with HTML and CSS
* Some experience building websites for clients or small businesses
* A good eye for clean, modern web design
* Comfortable learning new workflows quickly
* Able to work independently and make solid judgment calls
* Calm under pressure and good at handling random requests
Pay: $4,700.00 - $5,400.00 per month
